Your school timetable in minutes, not days
Enter your classes, teachers and subjects, then Generate. No teacher, class or room in two places at once.
No clashes
A teacher is never in two classes at once, a class never has two subjects, and labs and the ground are never double-booked.
Baskets and combined classes
Basket subjects run side by side in their own rooms; small classes can be taught together.
Class teacher first
The class teacher takes the first period of their class wherever possible.
Your rules
Double periods, the assembly, days a teacher is away, the most periods a teacher takes a day.
Print or share
Class, teacher and room timetables as PDF, or one link for students, parents and teachers.
Change it by hand
Move a period and GuruDesk checks it. Lock it, and it stays when you generate again.
